Online Store Returns
By purchasing through our Online Store we assume that you have already read and agreed to our Terms of Sale
Footwear
All footwear must be returned within 21 days of purchase along with original packaging and email receipt. (PLEASE NOTE: Order confirmation emails are the only acceptable receipt) Only unworn items will receive a full refund during a shipping return.

Once your return is received at our warehouse please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of refund. Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. In Store returns
We are a fully functioning retail store and believe that the key to customer happiness is face to face interaction. If you purchased a product from our website wish to return it we prefer that you stop by and see us. Any one of our product specialists will be happy to guide you through our fit process to make sure that we find the right product for you.
Please take note of our in store return policies and bring proper documentation with you when you come in.
Defective Items:
If you believe that the product you received is defective please review our defect policy and contact our store to speak with a product manager. They will determine (In our sole discretion) if the item you received is defective. Once the determination is made and your shoe is defective please visit our Jenkintown location (416 York Rd. Jenkintown PA, 19046) to exchange your item for the negotiated solution. PLEASE NOTE: for customers who live out of range of our store please call a product manager to negotiate your solution.

Store Return Policy
Footwear:
Shoes must be returned within 21 days of purchase in the original box, with the original store receipt and show no signs of wear in order to obtain a full refund. If the original receipt is missing, shoes can be returned for store credit only. Please keep all packaging and receipts until you are sure that you are happy with your shoes.
In the event of a refund, we will refund only to the form of payment used in the original transaction (i.e. cash to cash, credit to credit). If a Gift Card was used in the transaction (I.e. visa) we can only refund the balance used to store credit.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON WORN SHOES UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE
Defective shoes must be returned to us within 14 days of sale. It is to our discretion to determine if a shoe is defective.
A defect is a structural deformity in a shoe which can lead to things like excessive wear within a short timeframe, tearing of seams or sole materials, blistering, or other associated pains. (PLEASE NOTE: not all shoes that cause blisters or pain are defective)
If you think that you may have a defective product and the 21 day return policy has past, you may have to contact the brand directly to work out an exchange or replacement.
Clothing:
Clothing must be returned within 21 days of purchases with the original store receipt, clean, and with ALL original tags (even if they are not attached) in order to obtain a full refund. If you no longer have the original receipt, clothing can only be returned for store credit. Please keep all tags and receipts until you are sure that you are satisfied with the item.

All defective clothing must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Defective clothing may be tearing at a seam or causing irritation on the body. It is to our discretion to determine in an article of clothing is defective.
